All sales are final. Once payment is received it is considered earned. There are no exceptions to any of the below terms.
All services require an advanced payment/retainer to confirm appointment. Payment may be made by cash or credit card. Personal checks are not accepted.
Clients (excluding commercial clients) are allowed to reschedule only one time, and must give 48-hour notice. The rescheduled appointment must take place within 30-days of the initial appointment. If the client needs to reschedule more than once a $50 rescheduling fee must be paid. If you fail to arrive for your appointment you will be charged the full booking fee.
Brides are required to complete our “Bridal Questionnaire”, which outlines how many people are being serviced, the location and time makeup services are to take place. A service agreement must be signed the day of the trial.
Individual clients must submit payment to confirm booking. All commercial clients are invoiced (14-days) and all payments are to be made payable to Bailey Sessoms. For new commercial clients, we reserve the right to require a 30% retainer and/or require full payment the day of the booking.
All bookings must be done and confirmed through either email or fax. Clients are entirely obliged and liable to pay Bailey Sessoms once services have been fulfilled the duties as per contract. Payment is due by the client regardless of any adverse situation that the client might encounter themselves to be in with such as but not limited to bankruptcy or any inability to pay.
If the client fails to pay the amount due, in accordance with these terms and conditions, the client shall be responsible to pay all expenses and costs incurred in recovering any outstanding monies, including debt collection fees or Solicitor’ costs, that may arise including 5% interest for every 30-days past due.
Minimum time for all commercial bookings is 2 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon. Time is billed in 30-minute thereafter. Length of booking must be specified at time of booking.
A Day rate is for 8 hours. A half day is 4 hours. Any overtime is billed at time plus one half. Overtime will apply at time and half for bookings before 8:00 am and after 8:00 pm or after 8 hours, unless a special arrangement has been made.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be billed at a full rate. If you cancel within a window between 24 to 48 hours notice, a half rate will be billed. Saturdays, Sundays and Statutory Holidays are excluded from these calculations. Bailey reserves the right to cancel confirmed bookings with more than 48 hours notice, with no charge.
