I was tasked to conceptualize and direct the overall marketing materials and execution strategy for the DC Fashion Foundation’s (DCFF) programs and services according to organizational objectives and grant guidelines, which doubled participation and resulted in grant renewals. I designed the organization’s previous website, produced various types of print and digital marketing collateral such as presentations, proposals, promotional videos, graphics, blogs, newsletter, flyers, and print ads. Delivered online and offline marketing initiatives, integrating digital, print, and advertising cohesively. Hired course instructors, project managed the implementation of new workforce development training classes, and educational business mixers. Oversaw the translation of marketing materials into various languages, including French, Mandarin, and Spanish. Organized volunteers to assist with the distribution of promotional materials in targeted communities and during industry related events.
